Getting an eye exam is not just about finding out if you need glasses. It’s about your health! An eye exam can detect eye-health problems like glaucoma or cataracts and can also identify early signs of diseases that impact your whole body, such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Liberty Energy offers access to an affordable vision plan through Blue View Vision to protect the health of you and your family.

$10 in-network and up to $42 reimbursed out-of-network

 $150 allowance + 20% discount on any remaining balance for in-network and up to $45 reimbursed for out-of-network 

  • Single Vision: $10 copay for in-network and up to $40 reimbursement for out-of-network
  • Bifocal: $10 copay for in-network and up to $60 reimbursement for out-of-network
  • Trifocal: $10 copay for in-network and up to $80 reimbursement for out-of-network

  • Medically Necessary: Covered in full for in-network and up to $210 reimbursement for out-of-network
  • Elective Conventional: $150 allowance + 15% off any remaining balance for in-network and up to $105 reimbursement for out-of-network
  • Elective Disposable: $150 allowance for in-network and up to $105 reimbursement for out-of-network

Any claims regarding Safety Glasses go through the HSE department and do not go through our Vision Insurance.
