This benefit provides virtual care services for those with and without our insurance plans. The copay is $0 for those on any Liberty Energy medical plan and $59 for those who don’t use our insurance plan.

Hearing Aid Coverage

This benefit covers exams and hearing aids for children under the age of 18 every twelve months; for those over the age of 18, this benefit is covered every 36 months. Must meet a deductible and then coinsurance applies.
