Maintaining good oral hygiene is important for your overall health and wellness. That is why Liberty Energy has partnered with Delta Dental of Colorado to provide our employees with affordable dental coverage.

The dental plans offered through Delta Dental of Colorado are PPO Plus Premier plans. You and your family members may visit any licensed dentist, but will enjoy the greatest out-of-pocket savings if you see a Delta Dental PPO dentist.

Your Delta Dental Plan Options

Low Plan

  • Maximum: $1,500 PPO Network / $500 Premier Network or Out-of-Network per member

  • Low Plan Deductible for Individual: $50 PPO Network / $100 Premier Network or Out-of-Network
  • Low Plan Deductible for Family: $150 PPO Network / $300 Premier Network or Out-of-Network

High Plan

  • Maximum: $5,000 per member, per calendar year
  • Orthodontic Lifetime Maximum: $3,000 per member, including Employee, Spouse and Children to age 26

  • Orthodontics on the High Plan are covered at 75%.

  • High Plan Deductible: $50 for Individual and $150 for Family (combination of in and out-of-network)

Virtual Visits with TeleDentistry

Delta Dental is continuing to offer Virtual Visits for enrolled members! You have access to a dentist 24/7, 365 days a year available through TeleDentistry. This is not intended to replace your existing dental provider but an option for members to utilize if there is a dental emergency to avoid emergency room visits and charges. TeleDentistry will provide an initial consult and can write prescriptions when appropriate. You will then be referred to a Delta Dental in-network dentist for diagnosis and further treatment.
