Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Every 40 seconds someone suffers from a heart attack. Thankfully there are several things you can do to lower your risk.
Join the Wellness Challenges each month and complete easy daily activities to boost your health and wellbeing.

Wellness Assessment
Start here! You will be asked questions about your wellness, then get a report with custom recommendations. After completing the assessment, you’ll receive a summary with actionable tips to improve your wellbeing. Remember to complete the assessment annually to monitor your progress. Your health matters!

Wellness Programs
Arm yourself with the tools you need to forge a healthier future through four different programs.
Wellness Programs help you achieve your wellness goals by tracking completion of suggested activities. Each program has you complete a set of activities. Some activities are to be done just once, while others are to be done weekly, daily or multiple times a day.
