It’s easy to get busy with everyday life and forget to take care of yourself. This challenge reminds you to slow down, be kind to yourself, and give your body and mind the care they need. Small acts of self-care each day can help you feel calmer, healthier, and more balanced.

Wellness Assessment

Start here! You will be asked questions about your wellness, then get a report with custom recommendations. After completing the assessment, you’ll receive a summary with actionable tips to improve your wellbeing. Remember to complete the assessment annually to monitor your progress. Your health matters!

Wellness Programs help you achieve your wellness goals by tracking completion of suggested activities. Each program has you complete a set of activities. Some activities are to be done just once, while others are to be done weekly, daily or multiple times a day.
