Sometimes life can be stressful and overwhelming, which is why your ComPsych GuidanceResources EAP offers a wide range of information and resources you can research and access on your own.

With the ComPsych EAP, you have access to six free in-person or virtual visits with a mental health provider, after that copays will apply. Make sure your insurance is linked and the provider you are seeing is in-network so you can continue with visits after the six free sessions have been used.

Virtual mental health services are covered at 100% for the Mid and High Plans, and will be covered at 100% on the Low Plan once the deductible has been met.

Liberty Energy employees have access to virtual mental health benefits with LiveHealth Online. Visits are covered at 100% for employees enrolled in the Mid or High Plan. For those enrolled in the Low Plan or anyone not enrolled in Liberty medical benefits, there is a flat $59 fee. On the Low Plan, once the deductible has been met, visits are free.

Employees enrolled in a Liberty Energy medical plan can also find mental health benefits through Anthem. Search under the “Find Care” tab to find a mental health provider near you.

Anthem partners with Talkspace to provide you with comprehensive mental health solutions. If you are enrolled in one of the medical plans, you have access to Online Therapy, Teen Therapy, Couples Therapy and Psychiatry through Talkspace. They have providers throughout the United States, so you can get care from wherever you are. Visits are covered at 100% for employees enrolled in the Mid or High Plan. For those enrolled in the Low Plan, you’ll pay 20% coinsurance once you meet your deductible.
