This benefit provides virtual care services for those with and without our insurance plans. The copay is $0 for those on the Mid and High Medical Plans and $59 for those on the Low Plan and those who don’t use our insurance plan.

Hearing Air Coverage

This benefit covers exams and hearing aids for children under the age of 18 every twelve months; for those over the age of 18, this benefit is covered every 36 months. Must meet a deductible and then coinsurance applies.
